Do Not Use Bit.ly Links

It is against Cru policy to use Bit.ly URL shortener links for any emails that use Cru IPs in the sending process. This creates a "ReturnPath Certification" violation, which then puts Cru emails in a position of getting blocked for not having certification whitelisting.
